‘The Road Haulage Association Conditions of Carriage’ will apply to UK transports. We can support you with supplementary cover for an additional fee. We advise customers to always seek independent advice on their insurance needs. Hallam Express and our partner TPN operate a zero-tolerance policy for lost or damaged items. We’re committed to the safe, secure transport of your goods.
What service is right for me?

Is storage available?
Yes! Many of our consignments are held at our secure storage facility before shipment.
My goods are classed as Dangerous. What should I do?
Simply provide us with your PAC code and health and safety information so we can advise you appropriately.
What about kerbside delivery?
We’ll deliver to the closest flat, hard and accessible location at the delivery address. This does not extend to gravel surfaces, indoors or beyond gates. You should arrange for your own unloading assistance. Goods are your responsibility once they are signed & delivered.
How do I prep the pallet?
Your goods must be secured and wrapped on a pallet. We can help you with this for a small additional fee
What about bulky or unusual freight?
For bulky freight, our partner TPN offers an exceptional XL service. Choose a guaranteed delivery window and specify your freight details. Your bulky freight will be sorted at the Hub during peak service hours, to ensure it is handled and delivered to the deadline.
